izzo-alex-leva-coffee-machine
Izzo Alex Leva Coffee Machine

A manual spring-lever machine for baristas who want the pressure profile in their own hand.

The Alex Leva pairs Izzo's usual PID precision with old-school lever operation: push the lever down for roughly 10 seconds to pre-infuse the grounds, then pull it up to begin full extraction, shaping the pressure curve by feel rather than a fixed pump profile. A 5-litre boiler and thermosiphon system feed the steam side directly from the plumbed-in water line, with no separate reservoir to refill.

A double-decker cup warming tray sits on top with its own steamer, and anti-burn stainless steel steam and hot water wands keep things safe during milk work. Rated for around 20 espressos per hour.

Technical characteristics

Boiler: 5L, PID-controlled, thermosiphon-fed

Group: Spring lever-action, manual pre-infusion and extraction control

Portafilter: 54mm, 1 group

Water supply: Direct plumb-in only (no internal tank)

Dimensions: H 787mm (540mm to back of cup tray) x W 356mm x D 483mm

Weight: 35.4kg

Power: 1750W

Included: Portafilters, tamper, steam tips

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1063/8514/6187/files/product_sitting_on_a_warm_natural_oak_wooden_kitchen_workto_462782bd-3863-405b-92eb-d7eef785f961.png?v=1790976316
