A single-boiler heat exchanger machine built around the same E61 group as Izzo's bigger machines.

The Vivi Flat uses a 1.5L single boiler with heat exchanger, so you can brew and steam without switching modes. The Faema E61 group brings mechanical pre-infusion and even water distribution to every shot, and a vibration pump keeps things compact and simple. A full 304 stainless steel chassis and hand-assembly are shared across the whole Izzo range.

Runs from a 2L water reservoir with two portafilters, a blind filter, and a 58mm tamper included. Available in Black or Stainless Steel.

Delivery times vary by product and where it ships from, and made-to-order machines can take longer. Unless we agree a different date with you, we'll always deliver within 30 days of your order. We'll email your tracking details once it's dispatched.

Larger machines may need a signature and are delivered to the kerbside or front door only, so please have someone available to help carry them in.

Changed your mind? You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item, and then have a further 14 days to send it back. Please contact us first at info@precisecoffee.co.uk and return the item in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and documentation. Return postage is at your own cost. If an item has been installed, filled, plugged in or otherwise used beyond checking it as you would in a shop, we may reduce your refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Let us know as soon as possible. If it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no cost to you. If a fault develops, report it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; after 30 days we'll offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible.

Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.

Warranty: every machine carries a two-year parts & labour warranty. None of this affects your statutory rights.
