Color Black White Silver Rose

Engineered for precision and control — a 53mm all-purpose single-dose grinder.

The Varia VS4 pairs a set of stainless steel conical burrs with a variable speed motor (150–300 RPM), so you can slow the grind down for filter to reduce fines, or speed it up for espresso. A locking adjustment collar permits burr movement of just 10 microns and can be removed without losing your grind setting, and the whole top burr assembly lifts out for easy cleaning.

The housing is aerospace-grade aluminium alloy with fully anodized internal surfaces, minimizing static and retention — in testing, a 10g medium roast dose left just 0.1–0.2g of retention without RDT, and 0.01–0.03g with it. A 58mm magnetic dosing cup is included.
